Alia&#8217;s talk was entitled &#8220;Domoic acid exposure induced transcriptional changes in the brain &#8212; potential effects on microglia.&#8221; Alia is a third-year student advised by Neel Aluru.<\/p>\n<p>In August, Alia gave an excellent short talk in the WHOI Biology Department seminar series. It is exciting to now see her work recognized externally as well.<\/p>\n<p>Do you enjoy hearing about student research?
